While the fast-food restaurant offers several beverages that contain a significant amount of calories and sugar, those limiting their consumption of these things have acceptable beverages available as well. Knowing the nutritional facts of each beverage can help you avoid consuming unnecessary calories and sugar.

The Frutista Freeze beverages at Taco Bell come in four flavors, including Strawberry, Classic Margarita, Strawberry Margarita and Mango Strawberry. While the nutrition facts of this beverage are similar, they vary slightly depending on the specific flavor. The 16-oz. small Classic Margarita flavor contains the fewest calories, containing 220 calories, 55 g of total carbohydrate and 51 g of sugar. The 16-oz. small Strawberry flavor contains 230 calories, 55 mg of sodium, 57 g of total carbohydrate and 57 g of sugar. The 16-oz. small Strawberry Margarita flavor contains 250 calories, 63 g of total carbohydrates and 58 g of sugar. The 16 oz. small Mango Strawberry beverage contains 250 calories 62 g of total carbohydrates and 59 g of sugars. While the margarita flavors contain no sodium, the Mango Strawberry Fruitista Freeze contains 10 mg of sodium and the Strawberry Fruitista Freeze contains 55 mg of sodium. These beverages are also available in a 20-oz. medium size.

The 16-oz. small Classic Limeade Sparkler contains 150 calories, 80 mg of sodium, 39 g of carbohydrates and 38 g of sugars. The 16-oz. Cherry Limeade Sparkler, on the other hand, contains 180 calories, 105 mg of sodium, 43 g of total carbohydrates and 43 g of sugars. These beverages are also available in a 20-oz. medium size.

Taco Bell offers a variety of soda choices with their meals. A 16-oz. Diet Pepsi from Taco Bell contains 0 calories, 50 mg of sodium, 0 g of carbohydrates and 0 g of sugar, while a 16-oz. Dr. Pepper contains 200 calories, 70 mg of sodium, 54 g of carbohydrates and 54 g of sugars. A 16-oz. Mountain Dew contains 220 calories, 70 mg of sodium, 58 g of total carbohydrates and 58 g of sugars, while the same size of a Mountain Dew Baja Blast contains the same except only 60 mg of sodium. The 16-oz. Mug Root Beer contains 200 calories, 30 mg of sodium, 52 g of total carbohydrates and 52 g of sugars, while a 16-oz. Pepsi contains 200 calories, 40 mg of sodium, 56 g of total carbohydrates and 56 g of sugars. Sierra Mist contains 200 calories, 40 mg of sodium, 54 g of total carbohydrates and 54 g of sugar per each 16-oz serving. Soda beverages are also available in a 20-oz. medium size, a 30-oz. large size and a 40-oz. extra large size. Some of these sodas, including Pepsi, Mountain Dew and Dr. Pepper, also contain caffeine.

Like the soda products, these beverages are available in a 20-oz. medium size, a 30-oz. large size and a 40-oz. extra large size. In addition, some Taco Bell also sells bottled water, which does not contain calories, carbohydrates or sugars.
